third-party partnerships on transaction levels. By accessing or using Coaxlure,
you agree to comply with these terms.
Definitions
- Coaxlure: Refers to the platform
offering cashback as digital gold.
- User: Any individual using the
Coaxlure platform.
- Digital Gold: Cashback rewarded in
partnership with third-party digital gold providers.
Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years
old.
- Users must provide accurate
registration information, including a valid phone number and
identification as required.
Cashback Mechanism
- Cashback is provided
exclusively in the form of digital gold through third-party providers.
- Cashback is applicable only
on eligible transactions conducted with Coaxlure partner merchants.
Third-Party Partnership
- Digital gold cashback is
facilitated through a third-party service provider. Coaxlure is not liable
for any discrepancies, delays, or issues arising from the third-party
service.
- Users must agree to the
terms of the third-party provider to redeem or manage their digital gold.
User Obligations
- Users are responsible for
maintaining confidentiality of account credentials.
- Misuse of the platform,
including fraudulent transactions or creation of fake profiles, is
prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
- Coaxlure is not liable for
losses or damages arising from third-party services, including but not
limited to digital gold management or disputes with merchants.
- Cashback provided is
non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets unless
explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All
content on the Coaxlure platform, including but not limited to logos, designs,
and software, is owned by Coaxlure. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Amendments
Coaxlure
reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued
use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These
Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be
subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
