What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Permanent Deletion: All your personal data, transaction history, cashback records, and account details will be permanently deleted from Coaxlure’s servers. This action is irreversible.
• Rewards & Cashback Balance: Any available rewards/cashback balance will be transferred to your verified bank account within 7 working days after deletion approval.
• Access Removal: You will no longer be able to log in or restore your account after deletion.
• Active Orders: If you have any ongoing transactions or pending cashback verifications, those will be closed before the account is processed for deletion.

How to Request Account Deletion

We currently process account deletion requests manually to ensure secure identity verification.

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Write an email to: contact@coaxlure.com
2. Use the subject line: Request to Delete My Coaxlure Account
3. Include the following details inside the email:
   • Your full name (as registered on Coaxlure)
   • Your registered email address
   • Your registered WhatsApp number
   • A short confirmation message stating that you understand the consequences of deleting your account
4. Attach a screenshot of your Coaxlure profile page (optional but recommended for faster verification).

Our support team will verify your request and respond within 48 hours. Once verified, the deletion process will begin.

Important Notes Before You Proceed

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Ensure your bank account details are correctly updated in your profile to avoid payout delays.
• If you only want to stop receiving notifications, you can disable them instead of deleting your account.
• Your cashback will only be transferred if there are no fraudulent or disputed transactions pending.
