Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only:
Coaxlure supports a No Return, Only Exchange policy for products
purchased through partnered merchants. This means:
- If a
product is found to be damaged or defective, customers can exchange it
directly at the store within the specified timeframe set by the merchant.
- No
refunds will be processed, and the cashback amount will remain valid
unless stated otherwise by the merchant.
- Cashback
for Exchanged Products:
- Cashback
earned from the initial transaction will be adjusted or retained when an
exchange is processed.
- If
the exchanged product has a different price:
- Higher
price: Customers will need to pay the difference. The cashback for the
additional payment may apply based on the terms of the merchant.
- Lower
price: The original cashback amount may be recalculated, and any
excess cashback amount may be adjusted.
- Damaged
or Defective Items:
If the product is found defective, customers are encouraged to exchange it
promptly as per the merchant's guidelines. The cashback earned will remain
tied to the transaction unless fraud or misuse is detected.
Government
Regulations:
All transactions and cashback policies align with the guidelines set by local
consumer protection laws. Disputes related to the return or exchange process
can be addressed through the merchant's grievance redressed process.
